Wapice Ltd., software subcontractor of industrial companies, experiences no signs of recession

Wapice Oy has recruited almost 50 new employees in 2011; the company has grown over 25 % compared to last year. The reason for growth is that industrial companies have an increasing need for software. They also concentrate more and more on their core competence and outsource software development for partners and subcontractors. Although the Wapice organization has changed a lot in ten years, the criteria for recruitment have not changed: the employee needs good skills in programming as well as cooperation skills.
