The offer application enables sales area based discounts and default margins to make the pricing as close to the market price as possible. Also the maintenance of product information becomes more uncomplicated. After updating the data it's easy to deliver the information of products and sales channels to the sales people. Just ask them to open their browser and give the server URL!

Real-time reporting

The sales reporting is carried out automatically while creating the offers so the salesman can save time to better customer service. The sales manager can all the time get real-time information about customers, products, sales channels, countries etc.

Versatile documentation

The drawings, white papers, technical descriptions of the products and other documents will be automatically enclosed to the offer. Summium makes it easy to translate documents to different languages. The product model can be configurated with the language of the salesman but the offer can be sent using the language and currency of the customer.

Effective usage

The applications and data are available also in off-line mode so the salesman can better serve customers also out of the office. The off-line client replica is behind one button and the quotations are saved to the centralized database automatically when on-line next time.
